I came to this work the hard way.
When my father died, talk therapy stopped being enough. I needed something that could reach what words couldn't. My first breathwork session changed everything — not because it was relaxing, but because something I'd been carrying for years finally moved.
Becoming a mother cracked me open in a different way. Parenting my children forced me to face patterns I'd never fully seen — beliefs rooted in my own childhood that were quietly running my life. I had to reparent myself at the same time I was raising them.
I hold dual certifications in trauma-informed breathwork and inner child work, am trained in The Metamorphosis Method, Reiki, and yoga, and hold a master's degree in public health.
I work with women who are done repeating the same story. I help them find what's in the way, feel it, clear it, and re-shape it — so they can finally show up as themselves.
On Being a Xennial
There's a particular weight to this season if you grew up on the cusp of Gen X and Millennials.
We understand how our childhoods shaped us. Our parents did their best, but emotional attunement wasn't really part of the blueprint. We were latchkey kids who figured a lot out on our own. And then we grew up, read all the books, and got to work. We know attachment theory. We understand Parts work and IFS. We can name a trigger, track a pattern, and we're constantly working on regulating our nervous systems.
We are arguably the most self-aware generation of parents alive right now.
And we're trying to parent our children completely differently — more present, more attuned, breaking cycles in real time with little people watching our every move.
But here's what nobody talks about: you can't give your children what you never received without first going back and giving it to yourself. You're parenting them forward while reparenting yourself backward — simultaneously — with no roadmap.
That's not a personal failing. That's a generation-wide experience.
We have all the awareness. What's missing is the shift. Not more insight — actual change, in the body and in your daily life, where it lives.

My approach
My approach is direct and deep. I work collaboratively but I don't shy away from what's actually there — the patterns, the beliefs, the places you've been avoiding. Using breathwork, somatic tools, and inner child work, I help you access what lives beneath the surface and release it at the root. This isn't about managing yourself better. It's about actually changing the way you operate for good.
