  • Breathwork helps regulate the nervous system, release stored stress and emotions, and create space for clarity and calm. Many people experience greater self-awareness, emotional relief, and a deeper connection to themselves. In my sessions, breathwork is also paired with practices like inner child healing and guided integration—so you leave with both immediate relief and tools for lasting change.

  • No—this session is designed for beginners and for those experiencing breathwork with me for the first time.

  • It’s best to come on a light stomach (avoid heavy meals right before) and with an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Bring water and a journal if you’d like to capture insights afterward. If online, set up in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • One session can create meaningful shifts. Most people choose to continue with additional support to go deeper, but this first session is designed as a starting point so you can feel into the work.
