1:1 Breath & Clarity Session
If you’re new to working with me and curious about experiencing breathwork for the first time, this session is the perfect place to begin. Think of it as a doorway into this work—a way to explore what’s possible when you start connecting more deeply with yourself through the breath.
These sessions combine guided breathwork with supportive space to explore what’s been coming up for you—emotionally, mentally, or energetically. We’ll start with a check-in to identify where you may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unclear. From there, I’ll guide you through conscious breathing techniques designed to calm your nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for clarity and peace.
Even after just one session, you’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

What to Expect
This is a supportive, 1:1 experience designed as an introduction to breathwork, inner child work, and our work together.
We’ll begin with an open conversation about what you’re navigating right now—emotionally, energetically, and practically.
Together, we’ll begin exploring what may be at the root of what’s keeping you stuck.
I’ll then guide you through a breathwork journey to help you drop beneath the mind and connect with the deeper layers within.
We’ll close with time for integration and reflection so you leave with more clarity and support around what’s next.
A First Step
This session is a starting point—a way to dip below the surface and experience what this work can open up for you. Depending on what you’re moving through, additional sessions may be recommended, but beginning here allows you to feel into the process and see if this work feels aligned for you.
You may walk away with a sense of emotional release, a shift in perspective, insight into what’s been holding you back, or simply a deeper feeling of calm and connection.

No—this session is designed for beginners and for those experiencing breathwork with me for the first time.

It’s best to come on a light stomach (avoid heavy meals right before) and with an open mind. Wear comfortable clothing you can relax in. Bring water and a journal if you’d like to capture insights afterward. If online, set up in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

One session can create meaningful shifts. Most people choose to continue with additional support to go deeper, but this first session is designed as a starting point so you can feel into the work.
