Once a month in Kailua, a small group of women come together to breathe, let go, and remember a piece of themselves.
This isn't a wellness class. It's a space to actually move something — the stress you've been holding, the emotions you haven't had time to feel, the version of yourself that keeps getting buried under everything else. Time to just simply be present.
Each circle includes guided breathwork, grounding practices, and space for reflection and optional sharing.
Breathwork works directly with the nervous system and the subconscious — reaching what talking about it can't. Women leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves than when they walked in.
No experience necessary. Just a willingness to show up.
