breathwork circles

These sessions are an invitation to come together with other community members in a safe and supported space to explore your breath and capacity for healing. Each session will be centered around a specific intention or theme, with a curated playlist and specific breath pattern. Although each individual will have their own personal journey, a collective experience will be created as well.

We will begin with a grounding meditation followed by a 45-60 minute guided breath journey. We will close with time for integration and an optional sharing circle or journal reflection. In-person sessions are offered weekly at Sage’s home studio in Kailua. Live instruments, hands-on support (with consent) or essential oils may be offered. Address will be sent upon registration.

What to bring:

  • yoga mat

  • light blanket or parero

  • bolster (if you choose)

  • water

  • journal or supportive items such as crystals (optional)
