The Reset
a women’s wellness retreat
The Reset is a 4-day wellness retreat designed for women who are ready to unplug, move their bodies, breathe deeply, and restore their spirit.
March 21 -24, 2026
Hawai’i Island
Step out of your usual rhythm and into something simpler. Held on Hawaiʻi’s Big Island, this retreat blends daily yoga and breathwork with nourishing food, hiking, natural beauty, and time to slow down. It’s not about performing, achieving, or showing up in a certain way. It’s about clearing noise, tuning in to what your body and mind are asking for, and giving yourself permission to relax.
Each day includes guided practices, shared meals, time in nature, and open space to reflect or rest. There’s structure, but it’s spacious. There’s support, but no pressure.
Whether you're navigating transition, feeling drained, or just need a break from the pace of daily life—this is a chance to reset in a setting that’s alive, peaceful, and deeply human.

FAQ’s
-
Not at all. All practices will be guided and adapted to all levels. This retreat is about supporting your body and mind—no experience or flexibility required.
-
This is not a religious or overtly spiritual retreat. While we’ll offer practices like breathwork, yoga, and reflection, there’s no required belief system. You’re welcome to bring your own meaning—or none at all. This retreat is about creating space to reset, reconnect, and care for yourself in a way that feels real and grounded.
-
Absolutely. We intentionally create a warm, respectful environment where you’ll feel welcomed and included. And it’s a great way to meet other like-minded women!
-
We’ll do our best to accommodate—just let us know on your application who you'd like to room with. We recommend that you and your friend apply around the same time so we can do our best to place you together, based on availability.
-
Not really. We will be spending the majority of our time in the beautiful retreat home while we reset and absorb the incredible healing energy that the Big Island offers. We will leave the property for a group hike and possibly another optional outing, but if you’re looking to explore the island further we recommend you add on a few extra days to your stay to experience all that Big Island has the offer!
-
No — you don’t need to be a strong hiker, but some experience will be beneficial. We’ll plan a mid‑level hike, so sneakers with a strong grip or hiking shoes will be most appropriate. If you want, you can opt out of the hike altogether — it’s completely optional. We encourage you just to be honest with yourself about your comfort and fitness level.
-
Absolutely. Please let us know any allergies or restrictions when you apply, and we’ll accommodate.
-
Yes. The schedule includes blocks of downtime so you can rest, explore, or just be. This retreat is not about being busy—it’s about resetting at a sustainable pace. Every session, activity, and workshop is optional.
-
Yes, there is Wi-Fi and cell service, but we encourage unplugging as much as possible to fully experience the retreat.
-
We’ll send a detailed packing list after your registration is confirmed. Basics include comfortable clothes for yoga and hiking, layers for cooler evenings, a rain jacket, and any personal items you need to feel grounded.
