Wild and Free

where you meet the part of you you’ve been holding back

Wild and Free is a 4-day retreat designed for women who are ready to unplug, move their bodies, breathe deeply, and restore their spirit.

October 22 -25, 2026

Hawai’i Island

You’ve been holding it together for everyone else. Keeping things moving, showing up, doing what needs to be done. But underneath all of that…you’re tired, disconnected, and honestly, a little over it.

This isn’t about escaping your life, it’s about stepping out of the noise long enough to hear yourself again. There’s spark inside of you that is ready to be lit. Wild and Free is exactly for that.

Set on the Big Island of Hawaiʻi, this retreat blends movement, breathwork, and inner exploration, so you can get out of your head, back into your body and clear on what you actually want in life.

You’ll move, breathe, laugh, release what’s been building and remember what it feels like to be you, without holding back.

Meet Your Facilitators

Ursula Davi-Myer

Ursula is a wellness coach, personal trainer, and Kundalini yoga instructor who helps women reconnect to their bodies and build strength without burnout. After losing her mom, she rebuilt her life from the ground up, learning how to stop pushing through and start actually living. Her work brings movement, honesty, and a little humor into the process so you can loosen up, feel good again, and stop taking life so seriously.

Sage King

Sage is a dedicated Breathwork Facilitator and Early Midlife Transformation Coach, with a deep passion for guiding women on the path to healing, self-discovery, and lasting change. Her work combines breathwork and inner child work to help clients rewire old patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and build a more aligned, purposeful life.

Who this retreat is for:

  • You feel like everything is on your plate and you’re over it.

FAQ’s

  • Not at all. All practices will be guided and adapted to all levels. This retreat is about supporting your body and mind—no experience or flexibility required.

  • This is not a religious or overtly spiritual retreat. While we’ll offer practices like breathwork, yoga, and reflection, there’s no required belief system. You’re welcome to bring your own meaning—or none at all. This retreat is about creating space to reset, reconnect, and care for yourself in a way that feels real and grounded.

  • Absolutely. We intentionally create a warm, respectful environment where you’ll feel welcomed and included. And it’s a great way to meet other like-minded women!

  • We’ll do our best to accommodate—just let us know on your application who you'd like to room with. We recommend that you and your friend apply around the same time so we can do our best to place you together, based on availability.

  • Not really. We will be spending the majority of our time in the beautiful retreat home while we reset and absorb the incredible healing energy that the Big Island offers. We will leave the property for a group hike and possibly another optional outing, but if you’re looking to explore the island further we recommend you add on a few extra days to your stay to experience all that Big Island has the offer!

  • No — you don’t need to be a strong hiker, but some experience will be beneficial. We’ll plan a mid‑level hike, so sneakers with a strong grip or hiking shoes will be most appropriate. If you want, you can opt out of the hike altogether — it’s completely optional. We encourage you just to be honest with yourself about your comfort and fitness level.

  • Absolutely. We will send out a questionnaire closer to the retreat start date so we accommodate your needs or preferences.

  • Yes. The schedule includes blocks of downtime so you can rest, explore, or just be. This retreat is not about being busy—it’s about resetting at a sustainable pace. Every session, activity, and workshop is optional.

  • Yes, there is Wi-Fi and cell service, but we encourage unplugging as much as possible to fully experience the retreat.

  • We’ll send a detailed packing list after your registration is confirmed. Basics include comfortable clothes for yoga and hiking, layers for cooler evenings, a rain jacket, and any personal items you need to feel grounded.
